The MAC address may be on the PS4 product box. I have a 4th Gen AEBS that under its Network tab is the ability to Enable Access Control, and Timed Access Control When you click on the Timed Access Control button, there will be a list of devices that you may have configured by name. Grab your PS4 Mac address from your router. Contact Sony customer support. Contact the officer in charge of your case and provide them with the same info you gave Sony. The next time your PS4 logs online Sony will be able to trace the location via IP address.
1. Press Settings from the main menu
2. Press System Settings
3. Press System Information
4. Your MAC Address will be displayed
1. Tap Settings from the home screen
2. Tap Start
3. Scroll and tap System Options
4. Tap System Information
5. Your MAC Address will be displayed
(network adapter required)
1. Power up the PlayStation 2 and load the Network Adapter Start-up Disc
2. Select ISP Setup
3. You will be presented with a license agreement. Select Agree
4. For connection type, choose Local Area Network (LAN)
5. Select Automatic Configuration
6. At the connection test screen, select Advanced
7. At the Advanced Broadband Settings screen, make sure Automatic is selected. While you are at this screen, make note of the MAC Address at the bottom.

3. Select System Information
4. Your MAC Address will be displayed
1. On the Main Menu, Scroll to the Settings tab.
2. Scroll down and click Network
3. Scroll and click View Connection Status
4. On this new screen, towards the bottom, the MAC address is listed for both WiFi and Ethernet.
